Does fit mode produce the exact dimensions?
Fit mode keeps the original proportions and fits the image inside the requested box. One dimension may be smaller. Use crop mode for exact dimensions.
Can I enlarge an image?
Yes, but enlargement does not restore missing detail. The maximum output is 8192 pixels per side and 25 megapixels in total.
How do I choose which part to keep?
Choose crop mode and use the horizontal and vertical sliders to position the crop. The preview updates immediately.
Does this change my original file?
No. It creates a new download. JPG uses a white background for transparency; PNG and WebP support transparency. Animation and original metadata are not preserved.
